Do you file the COI for my Manhattan co-op or condo?

Yes, and on this island it is essential. Nearly every co-op and condo board requires a certificate of insurance in its own specific format before a crew can enter. We confirm your building's exact requirement and file it ahead of the date, at no extra charge, so access is not the holdup.

Can you work within a building's elevator window?

Yes. Most Manhattan buildings only allow moves during a set service- or freight-elevator window that the super holds for you. We size the crew and truck to that window so the whole move fits inside it rather than waiting for the elevator to free up.

Do you handle prewar walk-ups with no elevator?

Yes, they are routine for us. Much of prewar Manhattan is walk-up buildings, and we count every flight in the quote and bring the crew to carry them. A fifth-floor walk-up is a normal job, priced upfront rather than sprung on you.

How much does a Manhattan move cost?

It depends on your home size, the floors, the building types, and the distance. We quote it upfront, hourly or flat, with blankets included and the COIs, elevator windows, and any stairs accounted for in the number, not sprung on you on move day.
